Bespoke-CCT, Inc., a company specializing in the coordination of trips to Cuba which comply with the regulations  set forth by the US Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Controls, is offering a trip to Havana December 16-22, 2013 during the 29th Plaza Jazz Festival.
